The EOTECH® ClipNV clip-on night vision device provides the user with exceptional target detection and identification in a compact package. This unit gives the user the ability to add extremely high-performance white phosphor night vision capabilities to their existing optics while maintaining their existing ballistic zero.

The ClipNV installs with a built-in quick detach mount to a MIL-STD (1913) Picatinny rail in front of a daytime optic to add NV capability.  It is a true collimated optic, meaning no adjustment of zero is required.  The reticle of the daytime scope is used and all holdovers, etc. are accurately maintained.

High quality optics and other components, combined with an Elbit Systems of America Gen III White Phosphor autogated image intensifier tube (minimum FOM of 2376) gives the ClipNV exceptional performance.  It is extremely simple to operate and features a simple on/off switch, manual gain control, and adjustable focus knobs, which are all ergonomically positioned on the device.  A built-in picatinny rail allows for installation of accessories such as IR laser designators.

The ClipNV is optimized for use with 1-12X quality daytime optics for short to medium range shooting applications.  It is recommended for all clip-on devices (thermal or NV) to use high quality daytime scopes, and weapons with monolithic rail systems (meaning the forearm and receiver are one continuous piece). 

This unit is powered by one AA battery, and supports rechargeable, alkaline, or lithium.  When used with a quality lithium battery, the ClipNV can operate for up to 60 hours of continuous use. 

This is a true MIL-SPEC clip-on and is compatible with weapon systems of up to .50 BMG, and is built-tough in a rugged-all metal housing.  It complies with MIL-STD-810G waterproof and shockproof standards.
