The GUIDE USA NOVA N435 is a compact thermal weapon sight designed to deliver strong image quality, long-range detection capability, and simplified operation in a lightweight, traditional-style thermal platform. Built around a 400×300 thermal sensor and paired with a 35mm germanium objective lens, the N435 is well suited for hunters needing a lightweight, streamlined, budget-friendly thermal optic focused on practical performance.

At the core of the system is a 12μm thermal sensor with ≤20 mK NETD sensitivity, allowing the unit to produce detailed imagery with excellent contrast and identification, even in challenging environmental conditions. Combined with GUIDE’s image processing algorithms, the system provides great performance across all conditions.

With a 35mm F/1.0 germanium objective lens and base magnification of 3.3x, optimized for medium-range use, the N435 provides strong detection capability while maintaining a wide field of view for quick follow up shots on groups of coyotes or feral pigs. Digital zoom further extends the system’s effective range while preserving image quality through onboard processing enhancements.

The N435 utilizes a simplified, lightweight housing design, significantly reducing overall size and weight while maintaining a durable compact aluminum housing with an integrated quick detach Picatinny mounting system. The streamlined control layout and lighter overall package make the N-series particularly well suited for hunters prioritizing simplicity and lightweight rifle setups.

The unit is powered by a dual-rechargeable battery system consisting of an internal 18500 battery plus a removable 18500, offering extended operating times of up to seven and a half hours along with the ability to “hot-swap” batteries without shutting the unit down. Onboard video recording, audio recording, Bluetooth capability, and dual-band WiFi connectivity allow users to capture and stream footage via the Guide TargetIR mobile app.

The N435 is constructed using a rugged housing and features IP67 rated environmental protection, making it suitable for use in demanding hunting conditions along with a recoil rating suitable for high-caliber rifle applications of up to .300 WM.
