The Keeppower 16650 rechargeable battery is a high-quality lithium-ion power solution we utilize specifically for use with the first-generation Trijicon IR-HUNTER thermal optics in conjunction with our IR-X Kit. These batteries serve as direct replacements or spares for our kits, ensuring reliable operation and extended runtime in the field.

Built using premium internal cells and integrated protection circuitry, the Keeppower 16650 delivers consistent output and stable power delivery—critical for thermal optics that rely on clean, uninterrupted power for optimal image performance.  This battery features a protected button top design, incorporating safeguards against overcharge, over-discharge, overcurrent, and short circuit.

While optimized for use with the first-generation Trijicon IR-HUNTER IR-X kit, this battery may also be compatible with other devices designed around protected 16650 cells of similar dimensions. 

Many flashlights are compatible with 16650 batteries and they can serve as a replacement for two CR123A disposable batteries.
