The GUIDE USA ORION O635CS is a compact thermal clip-on designed to deliver strong image quality, portability, and advanced thermal performance in a versatile multi-role platform. Built around a 640×512 thermal sensor and paired with a 35mm germanium objective lens, the O635CS is ideal for users needing a high-performance thermal clip-on unit in a compact package, and at an affordable price.

At the core of the system is a 12μm thermal sensor with ≤15 mK NETD sensitivity, allowing the unit to produce detailed imagery with excellent contrast and target identification in difficult environmental conditions. Combined with GUIDE’s advanced image processing algorithms, the system delivers strong image clarity and detail across all conditions.

With a 35mm F/0.9 germanium objective lens and base magnification of 1.0x, the O635CS is optimized to work with daytime optics up to 10x magnification.

This platform is designed to pair with the user’s preference of daytime optic while preserving the shooter’s preferred reticle, eye relief, and ballistic planning. Unlike most thermal clip-ons, the O635CS also features a unique dedicated monocular mode allowing the unit to function as a completely standalone handheld thermal monocular without requiring additional accessories or adapters. This provides users with both clip-on and handheld capability in a single thermal system.

The O635CS utilizes a compact, durable and ergonomic housing optimized for both handheld and clip-on use for use in demanding outdoor environments. The lightweight and compact design makes the unit ideal for both observation and weapon-mounted applications. GUIDE offers multiple adapter ring sizes for compatibility with a wide range of daytime optics based on objective housing diameter. Additionally, picatinny rail mounting adapters, along with other options are also available.

The unit is powered by a replaceable 18500 rechargeable battery system, providing up to seven hours of operating time, along with the convenience of quickly swapping batteries as needed.

The O635CS features IP67 rated environmental protection for reliable operation in harsh weather and harsh environments.
