The NOCPIX RICO 3 L35R builds upon the success of the RICO 2 series by delivering meaningful improvements in image quality, battery life, ballistic integration, laser rangefinder performance and an overall upgraded user experience. Designed for hunters who demand precision, the RICO 3 provides a complete thermal shooting system featuring an upgraded ultra-precise, ultra-fast laser rangefinder, a multi-variable ballistic calculator, and an ultra-high-contrast 2560 × 2560 (1.03”) circular AMOLED display that delivers exceptional image quality.

At the heart of the RICO 3 L35R is a 384 × 288, 12μm thermal sensor with an impressive ≤15 mK NETD sensitivity along with a 60 Hz refresh rate, paired with a 35mm F1.0 germanium objective lens. Combined with Reality+ image processing, Advanced Image Correction, and Automatic Image Optimization, the RICO 3 produces improved target separation and finer image detail in challenging environmental conditions. The optic provides 3× optical magnification with up to 4× digital zoom, while the new rotating zoom lever allows for fast, intuitive magnification adjustments without breaking your shooting position.

The upgraded ultra-precise, ultra-fast integrated 1,600-yard laser rangefinder delivers faster ranging performance and more responsive ballistic calculations than the previous generation, while the onboard multi-variable ballistic calculator provides rapid, accurate firing solutions.

Another major improvement is the quick-change NBP-8 rechargeable battery system, providing up to 10 hours of continuous runtime per battery—a substantial increase over the RICO 2—allowing hunters to spend more time hunting with fewer battery changes. The NBP-8 battery is charged via USB-C and does not require an additional charger, further simplifying use. Additionally, a USB-C port with a magnetic adapter allows for extended runtime when connected to an external USB power source.  The magnetic connector is valuable for hunters as it allows the cable to break away if ever snagged rather than damage the port.

Additional premium features include motion-activated standby, 64GB of onboard storage, recoil-activated recording, multiple zero profiles, Picture-in-Picture mode, multiple color palettes, multiple reticles, rugged magnesium IP67 rated housing, NOCPIX App compatibility and a recoil rating of up to .300WM.
