The Pulsar Symbion LRF DXT50 is a high-performance multispectral thermal binocular engineered to deliver exceptional long-range thermal detection, full-color digital imaging, and integrated laser rangefinding, all in a compact, ergonomic housing.  Users can switch between thermal, digital, or blended multispectral viewing modes making this unit a true twenty-four hour, multi-purpose optic.

The thermal imaging channel is built around an ultra high-resolution 1280 × 1024 uncooled thermal sensor with 12 µm pixel pitch and NETD <20 mK system sensitivity.  This sensor is paired with a high-quality 50mm F/1.0 Germanium objective lens, delivering exceptional thermal performance with a magnification range of 2.0x - 16.0x optimized for excellent field of view with a detection range of 2,515 yards.  The digital imaging channel features a 4K CMOS sensor (3840 × 2160) for full-color, long-range imaging during daylight and twilight conditions.  For positive nighttime identification, an onboard IR illuminator allows for even greater detail when utilizing the CMOS sensor.  These sensors, along with dual 1920 × 1080 AMOLED displays, deliver sharp, high-contrast imagery to each eye, while independent diopters and interpupillary adjustments ensure perfect alignment.

A key feature of the Symbion LRF DXT50 is its long-range, built-in laser rangefinder which provides fast, accurate distance measurement out to approximately 1,600 yards. 

Other features include multispectral Picture-in-Picture (PIP) modes, multiple thermal and digital color palettes, simple and intuitive controls, 1/4” socket for tripod/ballhead attachment, onboard photo capture and video recording with audio, and wireless connectivity via the Stream Vision 2 iOS and Android mobile app for live streaming, file transfer, firmware updates, and overall system control. The compact magnesium alloy housing is built tough and is IP67-rated waterproof and dustproof, ensuring reliable operation in adverse conditions. 

Power is supplied by an APS5 rechargeable battery system, delivering long operating times of up to eight hours. A USB-C external power input allows for further extended operation when required.
