The RIX Leap L3R is the enhanced version of the Leap L3 series, combining advanced thermal imaging performance with intuitive controls and rugged durability.  Equipped with a 384 × 216, 12 µm thermal sensor and sub-25 mK NETD sensitivity, paired with a 35mm F/1.0 objective lens, the Leap L3R offers a base optical magnification range of 3.2-9.6×.  A 1920 × 1080 OLED display and RIX’s internal image processing deliver crisp, high-contrast visuals even in difficult conditions.

Powered by the latest processor with AI-enhanced imaging, the Leap L3R achieves 0.35 MOA precision (0.37 inches at 100 yards) with a finer reticle, providing sharper detail than ever both through the scope and on your phone.

The L3R is powered by a standard 18650 rechargeable battery (or similar), providing up to 7 hours of continuous runtime.  External USB-C power can also be used for extended operating times, giving users flexibility for long sessions in the field.

The Leap L3R features a fully integrated in-lens laser rangefinder (LRF) with a measuring range out to 1,312 yards.  The LRF is paired with an onboard ballistic calculator, giving hunters and shooters precise distance data and instant holdover solutions for confident, long-range accuracy.

Built for rugged conditions, the Leap L3R features an IP67-rated housing, capable of resisting dust and water intrusion, and engineered to tolerate heavy recoil up to 1000 g.  Oversized knobs and buttons enable easy operation while wearing gloves, and the scope includes the “Return to Center” (RTC) function to recenter the reticle after zeroing.  A redesigned eyepiece with an expanded exit pupil increases the forgiving eye box by 30% for quicker, distortion-free target acquisition.

Additional features include continuous optical zoom without pixelation, enhanced RET technology that preserves detail even with digital zoom, recoil-activated video, onboard photo and video recording with audio, WiFi connectivity with RIX+ app support, multiple reticle and color palettes, Picture-in-Picture mode, electronic zeroing with preset profiles, and 32 GB of built-in memory for media storage.
