The aircraft is IP55-rated for weather resistance and can operate in temperatures ranging from -4°F to 122°F, withstanding wind speeds up to 27 mph.  Integrated RTK GNSS provides sub-4 inch hovering accuracy, supporting GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and BeiDou systems.

The Matrice 400 includes one year of DJI Care Enterprise Plus coverage, which provides unlimited repair or replacement services (within coverage limits), flyaway protection, two free battery replacements per year, and shared coverage across fleet devices.
