The INFITAC IOL25 is a compact, high-performance thermal optic designed for rifle and carbine applications, delivering versatile performance in a streamlined platform. Built around a 384 × 288, 12 µm thermal sensor, the IOL25 provides smooth image performance and strong target detection across a wide range of shooting environments.

Paired with a 25mm F/1.0 germanium lens, the IOL25 offers a balanced field of view with increased detection capability, making it well suited for close to extended shooting distances. The system is engineered to provide both situational awareness and improved target identification without unnecessary complexity.

The IOL25 features a unique multi-role design, allowing it to function as a standalone thermal scope, clip-on device, handheld scanner, or paired with a 45° offset red dot for rapid close-range engagement. An integrated 45° offset mount for RMR-style optics is built into the system, allowing seamless transition between thermal and passive aiming without additional mounting hardware.

The optic is designed with a large exit pupil and long eye relief, providing a comfortable and forgiving viewing experience compared to compact thermal optics. Its rugged housing is built for hard-use applications and is IP67 waterproof and dustproof for reliable operation in challenging conditions.

This optic utilizes a simplified control interface with multiple color palettes and reticle options, allowing the user to adapt quickly to changing environmental conditions or preferences. Power is supplied by a replaceable 18650 rechargeable battery, providing approximately 6+ hours of runtime. A USB-C interface allows for external power input for extended operating times.

The IOL25 incorporates INFITAC’s IOT (Intelligent Optics Technology) ecosystem, allowing integration with compatible accessories and system components for expanded functionality and future scalability. Additionally, the unit includes a removable flash killer (anti-reflection device), designed to reduce forward signature and minimize detection from downrange observation.

The system is also compatible with the INFITAC mobile app, allowing users to access additional functionality such as video recording, image capture, and system adjustments directly from a connected device.
